海报格式和例文

海报的主要是起到宣传的作用,即属于宣传性的文种,那么具体该如何书写呢?

一、从外在格式上看:

海报包含标题、正文和发文单位、发文时间,具体展示如下:

标题(居中)

正文(段前空两个,并分段书写)

发文时间(靠右,与发文单位对称)

二、从具体内容来看:

1、标题的写作:可以直接拟定为“海报”,亦可以直接书写活动内容,如“研讨会”“学术报告会”,也可以在在活动内容前加上举办单位名称,如“中国作家协会举办丁玲作品研讨会”。

2、正文的写作:因为海报具有宣传性质,所以正文的书写思路可以遵循宣传类的作答思路,即正文=发文事由+主要内容+结尾。

在发文事由中逐项列出活动的时间、地点、主题及事由。在主要内容中需体现活动内容内容、参与方式和注意事项等,在结尾处语言要有号召力。为增强吸引力,一般语言上具有一定的激励性和鼓舞性。

3、发文单位和发文日期的写作:写明主办单位和举办单位,署名下一行写明日期。
