节约用水的海报怎么画如下:

最简单的也是很让人深刻的方式就是画一个水龙头,在水龙头下面有一个水滴。节约用水,又称节水。

是指通过行政、技术、经济等管理手段加强用水管理,调整用水结构,改进用水方式,科学、合理、有计划、有重点的用水,提高水的利用率,避免水资源的浪费。

特别要在全民中做好宣传,利用世界水日等节水活动,教育每个人都在日常工作或生活中科学用水,自觉节水,达到节约用水人人有责。节约用水要从点滴做起,看似是一滴水,那里面的学问很深。

可以:纸先平均分成两半,一半画人们不节约水的场面(可以画小孩玩水的场面,很开心)另一半就画:地裂开了,孩子拿着碗要水的可怜

尽量画得可怜些,眼神要突出渴望,不要画眼泪)在玩水那边写上—他们玩得很开心!然后画个箭头→箭头上写—但是,在没水那边写上—我们没水了,唉

The international observance of World Water Day is an initiative that grew out of the 1992 United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) in Rio de Janeiro

WWD 2007 theme: Coping with Water Scarcity

'Coping with Water Scarcity' is the theme for World Water Day 2007, which is celebrated each year on 22 March. FAO will be the coordinating agency within the UN system for the theme. The theme highlights the significance of cooperation and importance of an integrated approach to water resource management of water at both international and local levels.

Equity and rights, cultural and ethical issues are essential to be addressed when dealing with limited water resources. Imbalances between availability and demand, the degradation of groundwater and surface water quality, intersectoral competition, interregional and international disputes, all center around the question of how to cope with scarce water resources.

The theme was decided among all members of UN Water at the World Water Week in Stockholm in August 2006. However, the Secretariat for UN Water based at UN DESA in New York is serving as the first point of contact within the UN system to deliver a coordinated response. .

Water is essential to living things. For instance, if there is no enough water in a human body, a person may feel uncomfortable or get sick easily. To make matters worse, one may die of thirst. Judging from the importance of water, we should know how to conserve water. The first thing is to stop polluting water because what we really need is clean water. At the same time, be sure to turn off the faucet immediately after using water. And we should make efficient use of water to avoid wasting it. One way is to recycle as much water as possible. To sum up, we should economize on water so as to maintain the abundance of water, which is an indispensable element of life.

作文二:Water pollution in Harbin

The SongHua river has been polluted last week. The government has stopped the tap water, so the people in Harbin get some trouble about drinking the water. It is a difficult problem, because nobody can live well without the water. So the government tries its best to find the way to solve the problem.

At the same time, many cities give help to Harbin, hundreds of trucks transport the water to Harbin. Everybody needs others’ help when they get trouble. Like people, like city. Our country likes a big family; the city is the member of the family. Like the family, helping each other is responsibility of every member.
