Take Beijing as an example, according the least research, the population in Beijing is more than twenty millions, and of 40% of them is not local. With the rapid growth of urban population, these big cities have many problems on their own.

The first problem is with more and more people flooding into the cities, the cities infrastructure such as public transportation, hospitals and school, can hardly meet the people’s need. The streets are full of private cars, traffic jams can be encounter at any moment. The hospitals are full of patients because the doctors are not enough. The housing price is extremely high that most people can not afford one with their whole life salary. It seems that the cities are on the brink of breaking down.

第一个问题就是随着越来越多的人进入城市,城市的基础设施比如公共交通、医疗设备及学校,很难满足人们的需求了。大街上都是私家车,随时随地都可能遭遇堵车的危险。医院里挤满了病患,因为医生忙不过来。房价特别的高,大多数人赚一辈子的钱都不能买到属于自己的房子。看起来,城市处在崩溃的边缘。

The second problem is the nature environment of cities. The air pollution, fresh water shortage and noise pollution are worse than ever. In order to have more space to build skyscrapers and infrastructure, trees are cutting down and lakes are land filling. The endless flow traffic makes harsh noise that people even can not sleep well at night. What’s worse, the fog and haze is surrounding the cities, the children can not go outside to play, the people have to put on breathing masks if they go outside. The air of the cities is unbreathable to some extent.

第二个问题是自然环境问题。空气污染、淡水短缺、噪音污染比之前更为严重。为了能有更多的空地建造摩天大楼和基础设施,树木被砍伐。湖泊被填埋。川流不息的车子发出刺耳的噪音,人们在晚上都不能睡个好觉。更为严重的是,雾霾笼罩着整个城市,小孩子不能出去玩,人们出门一定得带口罩。城市中的空气,从某种程度上来说,已经不能供给人们呼吸了。

There are also other problems, the crime rate. As competition intensifies, some of the people can not find a job, thus they do some illegal things to make a living. Such as, robbing, stealing, even murdering. We can learn from the news that not a single day passes without the reports of somebody being kidnapped or being murdered. Walking alone at night makes people really nervous.

还有其他的问题:犯罪率。随着竞争的加剧,一些人找不到工作。因此他们干起了违法的事情。偷盗、抢劫,甚至杀人。每天都看新闻就会发现,没有一天新闻不报道有人被绑架被杀害的。独自一个走在夜里让人们紧张害怕。

All these problems make cities not as attractive as before. Some of them even move to the countryside. If we don’t fix these problems, the cities will break down sooner or later.

所以的这些问题让城市不再像之前那样吸引人了。一些人甚至搬到了郊外。如果我们不解决这些问题,城市迟早会分解的。

When finishing the high school course, not every student has the chance or ability to go to college. Some students choose to seek a job, start their own business or pursue other interest. However, for some students who want to get further education, they choose self-education, self-education is no better than university studies.

当完成高中课程的学习后,并不是每个学生有机会和有能力上大学。一些学生选择找工作,开创自己的事业或者发展别的兴趣。然而,对于一些想继续学习的学生来说,他们选择自学,自学并不比高校学习好。

On the one hand, self-education lacks of a well-defined structure. In the school, the teacher will make some plans for students’ studies; they plan the target, the fulfillment of expectation and assessment of the program. With these, students can know their own flaws, making progress gradually. While self-learners may lose themselves, they have no test, no homework and no exam; it is hard for them to know how to get improved.

On the other hand, self-education doesn’t provide the environment which students can learn from each other. College provides students the stage to communicate with others, making friends; students can also have the chance to enhance the ability of team work and readership. Those abilities are very important for students, when they are finding a job, they have the advantages.

在另一方面,自学并不给学生提供可以彼此学习的环境。大学给学生提供了交流和交朋友的舞台,学生也可以有机会增强团队合作和领导能力。这些能力对于学生来说是很重要的,当他们找工作的时候,就很有优势了。

Self-education is a way of gaining knowledge; I prefer to study in college, because I like to communicate with friends. Though self-education can’t take place for university studies, we can choose to learn elective courses in that way.

自学是学到知识的一种方式,我比较喜欢在学校学习,因为我喜欢和朋友交流。虽然自学并不能取代高校学习,我们可以在学习选修课时自学。

Celestial body bath is a behavior that people lying naked on the beach enjoying the sunshine, in some place in the foreign, celestial body bath has been considered as a way the people could return to the natural and enjoy health, while it has been a controversial topic in China. Some Chinese are becoming increasingly aware of the benefit of celestial body bath, they go to the beach in Sanya to enjoy it. In my opinion, I think celestial body bath is not acceptable in China, I have several reasons to support my point of view.

天体浴是人们*躺在沙滩上享受阳光的行为,在国外的一下地方,天体浴被认为是人们回归自然和享受健康的一种方式,然而这个在中国是个备受争议的话题。有些中国人开始逐渐意识到天体浴的好处,他们跑到三亚的海滩去享受天体浴。在我看来,我认为在中国,天体浴是不可接受的,我有几个理由来支持我的观点。

In the first place, naked in a public place is not allowed in the traditional Chinese morality, it can be considered as a morality undone. China is quite a conservative country, especially for the old generation. It is hard for them to take when they see someone lying naked on the beach and having a big enjoyable face. Besides, even for the young generation, it could be wire to see a bunch naked men on the beach, which is bad for them to set up a correct aesthetic, and might be hard to keep the fine traditional style of Chinese over the next generation.

In the second place, celestial body bath is harmful to society’s morals. Sanya is a prestigious tourist attraction at home and abroad, thousands of people come to here to enjoy their holidays, lots of them are come from foreign. If our foreign friend saw the Chinese naked man on the beach, then our fine traditional style of Chinese fame would be ruined.

第二,天体浴有伤风化。三亚是富有中外盛名的旅游胜地,成千上万的人来这里度假,其中很多都是外国人。如果我们的外国友人看到中国*男躺在海滩上,那么中国的优良传统作风的盛名就被毁了。

To sum up, celestial body bath is not acceptable in China, we should both think of the old generation’s feelings as well as educate the young generation, and keep the excellent Chinese traditional style.
