Pr四分钟的卡点视频,并不是要求你有多少个素材,而是看你收集到的素材的时长加起来需要达到四分钟。而且你每个素材都可以进行剪辑、剪切,把不需要的都删除掉,那么你的素材视频往往是多于4分钟的。如果你的视频素材每个大概是30秒,那么你就需要8个素材,如果你每个素材是1分钟,那你就只需要4个视频素材就可以了。所以说这需要看你的视频素材的时长,而不是看它的数量。

影响视频文件大小的原因有分辨率,帧率,编码方式,码率等等。。

转格式用格式工厂就足够了。。专业点可以用sony vegas,里面可以设置的参数比较多。。

如果说要传网上的,转成rmvb或者flv。
