☆俄罗斯的饮食文化:(1)偏爱酸味:汤是酸的,甚至面包牛奶也是酸的。(2)喜食冷食:午餐多数是冷盘,红黑鱼子、各种香肠、火腿、咸鱼、酸黄瓜、奶酪等都凉吃。冷饮吃的也很多,零下30多度照吃冰淇淋。

★重视晚餐,在19点开始。一般有三道菜。第一道是热汤类,如红菜汤、肉汤、鱼汤等。第二道一般是鱼、肉、禽类、蛋制品,如煎牛排、烤鸡腿等。第三道通常是水果、甜品或饮料,如各式甜点、咖啡、牛奶、茶、果酱等。

★俄罗斯人饭前饮汤这个习惯十分科学。在饭前喝汤既可以暖胃,又可以抑制食欲,使人不会因为饥饿而吃过量。最传统的汤是红菜汤,吃的时候还加一匙酸奶油。酸味汤具有绝佳的醒酒功能,这对于一个嗜酒的民族来说尤为重要。
